Wh… wh… what?!?

En español podemos hacer preguntas como ¿Dónde vive usted?, pero en inglés necesitas usar una palabra interrogativa como where y what, seguida por do o does.

• Where do you live?, What do you need?

 ¿Dónde está el baño?

Para preguntar ¿Dónde está? en inglés, puedes decir 

• Where is?, Where is the restroom?. 

Very important 

¡Siempre recuerda incluir palabras como  I, you, he y she en inglés!

• I need a taxi, You speak Spanish.

Sonidos en inglés

La pronunciación en inglés puede parecer un poco tramposa al principio, ¡pero muchos de los sonidos en inglés son parecidos a sonidos que también existen en español!

• Parecido a gu (como en guapo), pero más suave y sin el sonido fuerte de la g al principio.
• Parecido al sonido de la j en español (como en José), pero más suave.
• El sonido de la r en inglés es diferente al del de la r en español porque se forma más atrás en la boca, y la punta de la lengua no toca el cielo de la boca. También fíjate que la r y la rr tienen el mismo sonido en inglés

Para preguntar ¿Cómo estás? o ¿Cómo está usted? en inglés, puedes decir

To be

 una pregunta con to be, tienes que cambiar el orden de las palabras.

• Si el verbo no es to be​, ¡todo lo que necesitas hacer es agregar do al inicio de una declaración!

             - You speak English, Do​ you speak English?

• En español decimos Yo no hablo español, pero en inglés, si el  verbo no es to be, debes agregar do not antes del verbo.

            - I speak English, I do not speak English
